We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the restaurant fulfilling your order and with service providers that help us run MenuMind (such as hosting and our SMS provider), only as needed to provide the service.

Moat Softwares dba MenuMind collects your mobile phone number when you place an order through the MenuMind app, website, or AI voice ordering assistant and choose to receive text messages. We use your number only to send order confirmations and order tracking links.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS provider), and only for that purpose.
