SMS Opt-In
Moat Softwares dba MenuMind sends transactional text messages - order confirmations and tracking links - only to customers who opt in. Customers can opt in at checkout on the app or website, or by giving verbal consent during a phone order. This page shows exactly how we collect that consent and what we send.

Phone orders
When ordering by phone, our AI voice assistant asks for verbal consent before sending any text: "Would you like to receive a text with your order confirmation and a tracking link from MenuMind? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out anytime." Texts are only sent if the caller says yes.
